Refunds:
-Opened or used products cannot be fully refunded. However, we offer 40% off another in-store item within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges:
-Unopened items can be fully refunded or exchanged for another product.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders:
-If your order is damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a return label for easy, no-cost returns. Replacement products will be shipped once we receive the returned items.

-Discreet Shipping: We ship via UPS to ensure your privacy.
-Rates: Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $15. Orders over $49 ship FREE.
-Delivery Time: Orders ship within 72 hours (or 3 business days) and typically arrive within 7 business days.
-Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via text or email once your order is shipped.
